Info for Vendors
Are you an Artist/Vendor who wants to sell at Cutie?
Welcome! Let’s get started…
First off! Let me explain a little how other markets often work and why this market is different.
Markets typically charge you about $75-$200 just to be there for the day
After paying that, you have to worry about making that money back. And THEN making more money on TOP of that if you want to make a profit.
If you aren’t making a profit, this is a very timely hobby. You are an Artist! You deserve to be able to do this for a living and be supported.
If you take out a loan to start your business you still have to pay it back. There has to be more FREE SUPPORT for young artists looking to start their small businesses. It’s the only way they can succeed.
If you are spending money you can’t really afford it becomes impossible to be successful.
The Cutie Foundation is a Non-Profit run by Kaitlin Fritz- and it’s whole purpose is to SUPPORT YOUNG ARTISTS with completely FREE resources.
OKAY LET’S GET INFO ON VENDING….
First of all… there is no Mailing List for Cutie events. It is your responsibility to check the events page for updates, but I also update the Cutie Instagram several times a week and always update with event news right when I get info!
OKAY, SO ONCE YOU HAVE FOUND AN EVENT YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR….
Is the Event at Cal Anderson Park?
If so, then you’re in luck! There is ZERO REGISTRATION!
The events at Cal Anderson are a lot less organized and free flowing. You may come and go whatever times you would like. Just know that there will usually only be Volunteers to help if you get there before the event begins.
At each event there are VOLUNTEERS to help! They show up about 2 hours before the event starts, and can help you move your stuff if you drop it off on the NORTHEAST corner of the park so you can park and not have to lug your stuff back to the park. They can also help you set up your tent!
You can set up anywhere in the park but Volunteers can help you find a good spot if you’d like!
There are no extra tables or tents or chairs so make sure you bring whatever you’d like for your set up! Some vendors even will just bring a blanket and find a shady spot under a tree! Your set up is up to you!

IS THE EVENT NOT AT CAL ANDERSON?
In this case I have gotten a permit for another location and only have a certain amount of spots I can offer. Each event is different and if there is an event going on with open registration for somewhere outside of Cal Anderson Park there will be info about it on the main page, if you do not see somewhere to register for an event (not at cal Anderson) on the main page that means there currently is not one available.
